What should be paid attention to LED explosion-proof lamps?

1. LED lamps should pay attention to regularly clean the dust and dirt on the lamp casing, keep the casing clean, improve the light efficiency and heat dissipation performance of the lamp, and the cleaning method changes according to the protection ability of the lamp casing. For example, the degree of protection of the luminaire is IP65, then we know that 6 is dustproof, meaning to prevent dust from entering completely; 5 means waterproof rating, meaning no water is washed without any damage. Therefore, when we use water jet cleaning, the power should be cut off. It is strictly forbidden to use a dry cloth to scrub the plastic case (transparent) of the lamp to prevent static electricity.

2. Check whether the transparent parts have been damaged by foreign objects, and whether the protection net is loose, desoldered or corroded. If it is, stop using it and repair and replace it in time.

3. If there is accumulated water in the lamp cavity of the lamp used in the humid environment, it should be removed in time, and the sealing parts should be replaced to ensure the protection performance of the casing. After the lamps are shipped from the factory, during the final installation of the lamps, the lamps may also enter the water due to improper installation, which may result in the water seepage of the lamps not working properly. Therefore, the installation method should also be correct and ensure the life of the lamp.

4. In the maintenance of the lamp, the following points should be checked after opening the cover: 1. Whether the flameproof joint surface is intact 2. Whether the rubber seal is hard or sticky 3. Whether the wire insulation layer is green and carbonized 4. Insulation and electrical Whether the component has deformation and scorch marks. If the above problems occur, they should be repaired and replaced in time.

5, LED explosion-proof lights before installation, should be checked from the nameplate and product specifications: explosion-proof type, category, level, group; enclosure protection level; installation method and fastener requirements for installation. The installation of the explosion-proof lamp should ensure that the fixing is firm and the fastening bolts should not be replaced arbitrarily. The spring washers should be complete.

6. The sealing ring for dustproof and waterproof should be placed as it is when it is installed; the cable should be tightly matched with the sealing gasket at the cable entry point, the section of the cable should be round, and the surface of the sheath should not have any defects such as unevenness. The excess inlet port shall be sealed according to the type of explosion-proof, and the compression nut shall be tightened to seal the inlet port.

8. When opening the lampshade, follow the warning card requirements and open the cover after disconnecting the power supply.
